Privacy, terms, refunds and service boundaries

Draft effective July 17, 2026. RoleRelay™ is a business brand operated by Ramsey Brown as a Maryland sole proprietor. The Maryland sole-proprietorship filing has been approved. These pilot terms are being prepared for attorney review before broad public sales.

What RoleRelay™ provides

RoleRelay™ researches and scores job opportunities and prepares truthful application materials. RoleRelay™ is not an employer, recruiter, law firm or guarantee of an interview, offer, clearance or employment outcome. Public job, compensation and applicant information may be incomplete or change after review.

Candidate control and accuracy

Customers must review every deliverable and correct inaccuracies before use. Customers remain responsible for sensitive answers, conflicts, work authorization, sponsorship, clearance statements, legal attestations, authenticated job-platform sessions and final submissions. RoleRelay™ does not knowingly invent credentials, degrees, employment dates, clearances, metrics, tools or experience.

Payments and automatic renewal

The Application Sprint is a one-time $99 pilot purchase. RoleRelay™ Pro is $199 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Customers may cancel Pro through PayPal subscription controls or the support channel displayed at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals and service continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Application Sprint purchases are fully refundable before individualized work begins. After work begins, completed work is nonrefundable, but RoleRelay™ will refund a material undelivered portion it cannot complete. Material delivery problems reported within seven calendar days will be corrected or replaced first; if RoleRelay™ cannot cure the problem, the affected portion will be refunded.

Pro payments are ordinarily nonrefundable after individualized work for the billing period begins. If no individualized work has begun, customers may request a refund within 24 hours after renewal. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded. These terms do not limit nonwaivable legal or payment-network rights.

Information collected

RoleRelay™ may collect contact information, resumes and career history, job preferences, customer communications, approvals, order identifiers and limited site-security or diagnostic data. PayPal processes payment information; RoleRelay™ does not need full payment-card or bank-account numbers.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide, secure, support and improve the purchased service. RoleRelay™ does not sell personal data or publish customer materials, identities, outcomes or testimonials without permission. Minimum necessary information may be processed by vendors providing hosting, payment, communications, security, document or artificial-intelligence services, or disclosed when legally required.

AI assistance

RoleRelay™ may use approved automated and AI tools to assist research, comparison, drafting and quality control. Automated output can contain errors or omissions and must be reviewed. Production systems will minimize data sent to providers and use available controls against provider training on customer content.

Data minimization and security

Do not provide passwords, Social Security numbers, government-ID images, full financial-account numbers, medical information, classified information, export-controlled information, employer-confidential information or unnecessary clearance details. RoleRelay™ uses reasonable safeguards and retention controls appropriate to the information handled, but no online system is risk-free.

Platform boundaries

RoleRelay™ does not market unauthorized scraping, bulk messaging, automated invitations or circumvention of third-party controls. Customers must comply with the rules of LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, employer portals and other services they use.

Acceptable use and ownership

Customers may not use RoleRelay™ to impersonate another person, falsify qualifications, obtain unauthorized access or violate law or third-party rights. After payment, customers may use their final application deliverables for their personal job search. RoleRelay™ retains its software, workflows, templates, scoring methods and preexisting materials.

Contact and rights requests

Support, privacy and rights requests may be sent to rolerelay@gmail.com. Customers may request access, correction or deletion of their information, subject to lawful retention exceptions. A business mailing address will be added after the Maryland filing and operating-address review are complete.
